Touring Abruzzo with Luciana is presenting a grand Italian Banquet Class in Brisbane to share traditional Italian recipes and teach how to create great mouth‐watering treats. Hosted by accomplished Abruzzese cook Luciana Masci, guests will experience the traditional culture of Italy’s central region of Abruzzo.
Working closely with Luciana you will prepare authentic recipes passed down through generations of her family.
Be sure not to miss this delightful class making 4 courses such as:
antipasto (cheese and egg balls in a tomato sauce)
secondo (deboned leg of veal filled with truffle paste, parsley & garlic)
contorno (summer vegetables filled with breadcrumbs, garlic & parsley)
dolce (Pizza dolce – layered sponge cake filled with Italian custard cream,coffee & liqueur)
